COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Response Measures

The safety and well-being of our clients and staff are paramount during these challenging times. As our economy begins to reopen, the government “OK” is simply not enough on its own to instill confidence in our customers. That is why Manoir Chamberland has implemented Covid-19 response measures.

All clients, visitors, and staff will be required to thoroughly wash hands before entering the premises, each and every time.

Our customers will be provided a new mask for their use, should they wish. Our staff will wear masks when in the presence of our customers.

Luckily, at Manoir Chamberland we have the luxury of space, so social distancing will be implemented - at our touchless check-in, at breakfast, and even to reserving spots by the pool. Sadly that also means we will not be doing turndown service, and your chocolates will need to be left by your door!

Although our room cleaning procedure was already to exacting standards, we have implemented additional deep clean measures with antibacterial grade cleaners. We have even taken the extra precaution to not re-rent our rooms for 2 days (48 hours) to reduce the lifespan of Covid-19 on hard surfaces in your room.

All of this is to ensure your safety and comfort during your stay, when you are ready to come and visit us at Manoir Chamberland. During this down period, we have taken advantage of this time to work on our gardens and exterior – why not come by and see what we have been up to when you are in the vicinity of Montebello?
